Appendix - Description of Projects

AEW&C - PeaceEagle

Dec’03-Dec’05 Havelsan Company (Military Programs) Seattle, TURKEY

Seconded in Seattle for a 1+ year assignment as Havelsan onsite team leader for the the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) PeaceEagle program. Working with Boeing on systems related issues for the Ground Support Segment (GSS).

Systems engineering role to understand the overall design detail of the three Ground Support Segments (GSS) and tailor the basic products to meet the Peace Eagle requirements. Achieved Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) for Peace Eagle. Review and re-work product line design to meet Peace Eagle requirements. Consult with Boeing in resolving key issues. Develop Peace Eagle unique specifications.

The technical aspects of the role involve all areas of the project, and include software as well as hardware and systems engineering aspects. This role is centered around performing requirements analysis and system engineering work for Turkish AEW&C Peace Eagle program.
